Dean Patty Amick suggested that we help raise awareness for the new non-smoking policy that went into effect on November 15, 2013. We created T-shirts, distributed bookmarks, and gave speeches to meet our goal. The Dean also suggested that we promote multicultural awareness, which we implemented through food at Phi Theta Kappa events and through our Honors in Action project.
